Our foundational training aims to broaden your knowledge of the physical asana (postures), as well as exploring ethics, philosophy, history of yoga, anatomy, nervous system regulation and the neuroscience of meditation, along with the impact of syncing breath and movement to a steady beat. All this through the lens of accessible practice and inclusivity.
At the heart of all our courses is accessibility. We keep class sizes small because we strive to create a community that feels safe, and to ensure everyone gets adequate time and attention.
Part of what makes our course different is our focus on the power of music – specifically, what happens to your brain and body when you move and breathe in time to a steady beat – to aid flow state, meditation and nervous system regulation.
We also aim always to be non-dogmatic, respecting tradition whilst blending it with up-to-date research in anatomy, psychology and neuroscience.
Financial support is available through bursaries, scholarships, and flexible payment plans.
Your training begins on a permaculture farm and retreat centre an hour outside Seville, Spain. Fully immerse yourself in practice, philosophy, and sun!

After the immersion, you'll continue your training meeting two days per month in a warm and bright studio in the Bussey Building in Peckham, London.
