We welcome both teachers looking to add Rocket, 4Beat or more accessible teaching to their repertoire, and (non-teacher) Rocket or 4Beat enthusiasts! You don't have to be able to handstand, or do fancy poses, but some experience of Rocket or 4Beat is required!
