Our advanced trainings are for teachers who already hold a foundation qualification. Rocket Science is a chance to dive into the Larry Schultz’s ‘Rocket’ sequences, to get creative with functional sequencing, and explore your unique anatomy (and how to appreciate the different anatomy of your students) within asana.

In this 50 hours we will look at the Rocket 2 sequence (with a focus on backbends), and the anatomy will focus on the shoulder joint and spine, particularly the position of the lumbar.

Rocket Science trainings can be taken separately or together, and in any order.
