The Restorative One: Yin, Qigong & Meditation


This course focusses on restorative aspects of the practice, particularly on nervous system regulation, fascia and meditation. Although much of the course is based around yin and meditation, it also includes an introduction to qigong and ideas on sequencing flow to restore classes.

We will cover a variety of yin poses (and effective props for each), different approaches to the practice, and different body requirements within them . We will then touch on Wuji and a handful of qigong forms, and how these might be incorporated into a flow to restore format.

No previous yin or qigong experience is required, but is helpful.
